Election campaign

Its time for…, Zeit für…

On the occasion of the parliamentary election of the Berlin Physician Council (Ärztekammer Berlin), the FrAktion Gesundheit engaged me as their campaign advisor. The main tasks were to jointly develop an election strategy and campaign and to organize an entry into social media. Besides working on voter mobilization, the social media platform even became a tool to initiate a more active debate climate among the fractions and in particular to confront the fraction alliance possessing the position of power.

With his communicative, conceptual and strategic skills, Mr. Kolbjørnsrud brings creative ideas and powerful solutions. His contribution was significant in the developing of a comprehensive opposition campaign which focused on the health and labour policy issues concerning 35,000 physicians in Berlin.

The FrAktion Gesundheit had a 1.2 percentage point rise in support from 23.4 in 2014 to 24.6 in 2018, according to the election results.

School choice campaign

Choose right from the beginning on ­- book a personal tutor

According to the pedagogic philosophy of Kunskapsgymnasiet Sweden, each pupil learns in its own unique way. Thus every pupil of Kunskapsgymnasiet sets its own knowledge goals based on individualized learning techniques in collaboration with a personal tutor in order to meet its learning objectives.

For many pupils the choice of high school is not an obvious one. Therefore we developed a campaign that offered a personal tutoring to the visitors of Kunskapsgymnasiet’s stands at school fairs across Sweden. In that sense, the campaign fulfilled three functions: firstly, it introduced the pedagogic philosophy and platform of Kunskapsgymnasiet. Secondly, it contributed to the decision-making of the pupils school choice. Thirdly, it increased the recruitment of pupils to the seven high schools of Kunskapsgymnasiet Sweden.

The campaign had a great response and was a helpful guidance to the pupils before they decided about their future school choice. The total of the recruitment activities resulted in an increase of 25 percent more applying pupils to our high schools for the following school year and Mr. Kolbjørnsrud played an important role in that achievement.
